„Developing Teen Hustler as a solo developer is an ambitious journey. Launching the game in Early Access is the perfect strategy to bring this deep, complex sandbox to life. Here is why I chose this option:

Valuable Player Feedback: Real players will test the game, find obscure bugs, and provide input on which mini-games or mechanics are too hard or too easy.

Iterative Balancing & Polish: An economic simulator requires heavy balancing of prices, hardware stats, and wait times. Early Access allows me to tweak the economy gradually based on actual player behavior.

Build a Community: I want to attract dedicated fans early who will discuss features, create guides, and offer ideas for future updates. This helps build a loyal player base by the time I hit the 1.0 (full launch) stage.

Manage Expectations: Putting the game in Early Access clearly signals to players that the project is a work in progress, reducing the risk of negative reviews for missing features or minor launch bugs.“

More Hardware and Upgrades: Additional PC components, mining rig parts, and living condition upgrades for the 3D room.

Refined Economy and Features: Deeper balancing for the CoinTrade exchange and HEVIOS utility based on player feedback.

Polished Mechanics: Tweaked mini-games, optimized OS simulation, and overall performance improvements to ensure a smooth final release.“

„The core loop of the game is fully playable, but it is still actively evolving. As a solo developer, I've focused on building a solid foundation first.

Currently available features:
The main terminal interface and OS simulation.
The 'ShadowNet' system, allowing players to purchase nodes and conduct hacking operations.
An active in-game messenger for receiving tasks and progressing through the initial story/hustle.
Building and upgrading basic hardware to increase system capabilities.
Mini-games and casino features to risk your earnings.
Basic economy and progression.

What is NOT yet in the game:
The Crypto Mining Farm mechanics are currently in development.
The advanced 'HeviOS' system is not yet available and will be introduced in future updates.
Since the game is in Early Access, balancing is still being tweaked, and players might encounter bugs. I am actively working on updates to bring the missing features to life.“

Your wallet is empty. Your family owes the bank $78,150. All you have is an old laptop and a very bad idea.

TEEN HUSTLER is a story-driven hacking and business sim. You play a broke 20-year-old in Shadow City who must pay off the debt before the bank takes the apartment. Work honest office shifts, run small businesses, mine crypto, take risky contracts on the dark web, and stay one step ahead of the police.

Five story chapters, four endings, about 2 hours of play: go legit, go dark, get busted, or run.

KEY FEATURES

• Living 3D room. Sleep, eat, pay the electricity bill (or sit in the dark), and move up from a run-down flat to a bunker or a high-tech penthouse.

• Retro OS desktop. Click through TapHustle, the CoinTrade exchange, the GigLink messenger, ShadowShop and the HEVIOS rig console.

• ShadowNet & darknet contracts. Break into systems with puzzle minigames, steal data, launder dirty money. Every dirty job raises your police heat, and if the cops come for you, you may end up behind bars.

• Build your own mining rig. Order the parts, assemble it, tune it in HEVIOS and keep it cool.

• Businesses and markets. Trade volatile coins on CoinTrade, buy ventures, hire managers, survive rivals and tax inspectors.

• Harbor smuggling. Assemble weapons at your workbench, pack the crate and get it past customs.

• Choices with consequences. Evening events, nosy neighbors, your mom, and a bank that does not wait.

• Retro arcade cabinet and a pixel slot machine for downtime (no real-money gambling).

General Description:
Teen Hustler is an economic simulator with hacking and criminal sandbox elements. The game touches on themes of the shadow internet, illegal contracts and cybercrime, and contains elements intended for a mature audience.

Violence and Gore:
The game contains abstract, stylized depictions of virtual cybercrime (database hacking, contracted cyber attacks, smuggling) and police chases shown without gore. Graphic violence, mutilation, torture, and realistic blood are not present. Depictions of sexual violence, coercion or non-consensual acts are not present.

Nudity and Sexual Content:
Adult characters in swimwear, no nudity or sexual content

Substances and Alcohol:
The player character uses energy drinks to keep up his energy. Alcohol, tobacco and drug use are not depicted, though illegal goods and shadowy financial operations (crypto mixers, money laundering, a black market) are referenced in text.

Sensitive Themes and Self-Harm:
Suicide, self-harm and depressive disorders are not raised in the plot or mechanics.

Humor and Language:

The game includes casino-style mini-games (slots) played with in-game currency only. No real money is involved and nothing can be purchased with real money.

How do we access the mature content in your game?
Start a new game and complete the first legal freelance orders on the in-game PC (GigLink app). This unlocks the ShadowNet darknet app with illegal hacking contracts and money laundering. The casino app unlocks in Chapter 3 of normal progression. No cheats, grinding or hidden actions are needed. If it is easier, we can provide a save file at the Chapter 3 stage on request.
