“Boardroom is playable and complete as a core experience today, but we plan to keep expanding it during Early Access. Our goal is to grow the simulation's depth, content variety, and replayability based on player feedback.
Areas we plan to add or expand in the full version include:

Board meeting scenarios — interactive decision events where players respond to shareholders, activist investors, and board members, with outcomes that affect company direction.
A dynamic news system — in-game market and macroeconomic events that react to player decisions and create new situations to manage.
Additional trading desk scenarios — specialized situations covering different asset classes and market conditions.
More financial instruments and decision mechanics — we'd like to deepen the modeling around the areas players engage with most.
Audio and presentation improvements — soundtrack, sound effects, and UI polish to strengthen the overall experience.
Expanded difficulty and progression options, additional company and career paths, and quality-of-life features driven by community suggestions.

“The current Early Access version comprises of the main variant: "An Investment Bank" that a player can start from scratch and experience all major workings of an Investment Bank”

“No, but certain nominal In-App purchases may be introduced over time for more variants of financial institutions”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The community plays an active part in deciding what is more fun and what is not, hopefully making the game more enjoyable over a period of time, we encourage players to drop a review on steam, a forum which we will actively monitor and accordingly bring in updates”
