Why Early Access?

“I have been developing Funk&fortune for a while now, and i want to keep developing more features, content and mechanics.
But i do believe a have hit a point where i feel the best decision will be starting to listen to a dedicated feedback.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“To keep it short about 6 months to a full year.
I want to take my time to fully polish small kinks and bugs while i also want to add more features and mechanics alongside the community.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“I envision a fully released version of the game a "1.0 full release" to have much more content, more upgrades, more tickets, a handful of bosses and more game modes(Contracts)
Right now the game has a great base of what can be expanded.
I plan to keep updating the game continuously through the next long time, and i plan to continue after a full release. to keep adding features and content.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“At this point there is 2 game modes, a fully playable game loop, start to finish. an endless mode and a single steam achievement.
”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“I am not planning to change the price when leaving early access. ”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I want to listen to the feedback and criticism that comes my way, if its through steam reviews, discord or elsewhere. If the community has ideas and thoughts about what the game can become i will happily listen.”

About This Game

Funk&Fortune takes the endlessly satisfying physics of classic peg-dropping arcade games and mixes it with wild

rogue-lite progression!

Drop your balls through the board of pegs to rack up massive scores. Beat the target score to survive the round.

    Physics Based Chaos: Watch your score skyrocket as balls bounce, split, and explode. Unlock crazy upgrades like heavy Iron Balls, Row zap, or the Cherry Bomb exploding and hitting pegs. 

Buy Ticket packs to gain temporary and permanent upgrades.

 

 Deep Rogue-Lite Upgrades: Build a massive multiplier engine! Buy and upgrade over 15 unique items in the shop. Careful positioning in your inventory matters.

    Upgrade the Board: Spend your loot to physically alter the game. Add extra rows to the pyramid, boost the base score of pegs, or crank up the multiplier boxes at the bottom.

    Dynamic Boss Fights: Test your build against bosses like the Scrambler or the Shapeshifter.
