The world is broken. Your home doesn’t have to stay small.

NeoPangea is a single-player colony sim where your entire settlement can sail. Lead returning heroes of history and myth, keep them fed and rested, and turn a lonely island into an automated homeland. The resources you need are across the water? Bring the land home with you.

Sail your island. Piece the world together.

Build engines, steer across the ocean and merge islands to permanently expand your home. Connect different biomes, resources and building space. Every join changes your coastline—and what you can build next.

Legendary heroes. Very ordinary needs.

Greatness won’t chop the firewood or cook dinner. Put heroes to work gathering timber, mining stone, tending crops and building beds. Balance work with food and rest: even a conqueror needs somewhere to sleep.

You plan the home. Your people build it.

Lay out living quarters, farms, workshops and defenses with areas and building blueprints. Assign construction work, provide the materials, and watch your plans take shape. Each new piece of land is room for a better-organized settlement.

Give an order. Set a role. Keep things moving.

Take direct control: select a hero or group and issue immediate orders. Move fighters into position, choose a target, or use an individual hero’s action panel for hands-on work.

Let priorities handle the routine: choose each hero’s tasks, reorder their priorities, and set work areas and parameters. Give your gatherers, farmers and builders a plan to follow, with eating and sleeping built into their routines. Step in when you need to; you don’t have to direct every chore.

Link farms, storage, conveyors and agricultural machines to keep resources moving. Organize planting, watering, harvesting and transport into a production network—and free your heroes for building, exploring and defending the home they share.

Survive the night. Prepare for the next assault.

Monsters arrive by sea after dark, and new territory may already have defenders. Combine melee fighters, ranged weapons and hero skills; position your forces and choose when to advance. Land is tempting. Taking it before you’re ready can cost you everything.

Use the in-game editor to write and run custom unit behavior, from work routines to targeting and movement in combat. Experiment, adjust and watch your instructions play out. Lua is entirely optional: direct controls and task priorities let you play without writing code.
