About This Game

Mutant Scavenger

Explore a Cyberpunk Post-Apocalypse desert earth while fighting hordes of Mutants and Robots.

This game blends multiple fighting and survival styles.

A variation on the Survivor plus FPS Shooter plus Souls-like game play styles, along with world exploration and puzzles and loot boxes.

The Story

"In 2026, AI began to integrate into all technology.
The 2030's saw AI, and Cybernetics, as the main areas of corporate, and government research and funding.
By the 2050's, AI had replaced all human workers, and the cities had become high-tech wilderness.
In 2095, the meteor 2010-RF12, hurdled towards the earth, splitting in two as it entered the atmosphere, crashing into the Atlantic ocean, and plummeting into the Pacific.
Most of the planet's water was ejected into the atmosphere, where it eventually escaped into space.
As the world became parched, the lands became barren, and sand dunes and dead plants expanded everywhere.
In 2096, the only way to survive was to battle the hordes of remaining mutant lifeforms, that scrambled to obtain precious water.
A small faction of cybernetically enhanced humans arose from the desert dust, to combat the monsters and scavenge their parts."

Additional Story information

Between the years of 2030 and 2090, humans were surgically attaching and embedding computer and robots parts into their bodies, making them into Cyborgs or Cybernetic Organisms.

Many people were also mutating due to the implants and genetic augmentations, achieving significant genetic and biological changes, enhancements, and abilities.

These mutations also explain some of the characters that the player encounters in the game.

As society collapsed due to the cataclysmic event of the meteor strikes, factories and businesses closed, food production and gas and oil refining stopped.

There are no more farms and no more vehicles and roads.

There is no more gas and oil processing, however, desert rats have been maintaining some of the smaller oil pump jacks in order to get fuel for powering the shack towns, oil lamps, and generators.

Scattered throughout the wasteland are remnants of the collapsed society, and the skeletons of once alive desert wanderers.

Irradiated flies swarm around the bodies of those who have fallen.

One of the last humans on earth, Cyber-Duo, is traveling around four large desert locations looking for the last all-human city.

Most of the remaining earth has been taken over by cybernetics and robots.

You must search for the last human city while fighting robots and cyber-sympathizers.
