A cozy puzzle game about road signs. A small town keeps getting stuck: buses can't leave the yard, the avenue jams, cars crash at a quiet crossroads. You can't build roads — you only have a kit of signs. Place them, watch the shift play out, and fix the town one sign at a time.

About This Game

A quiet provincial town lives its own life: cars, trucks, buses and taxis on the streets, people on the zebra crossings, kids running out of school. And something always goes wrong. The avenue grinds to a halt. A bus can't get out of its yard. Two cars meet at an unmarked crossroads and neither gives way.

You can't build roads or move a single car. Your only tool is a kit of road signs.

Read the town, place the signs

Start the shift and watch where the town gets stuck. Event cards tell you exactly what happened: who failed to give way to whom, and which rule they followed. Tap any car to see who it's waiting for. Then put up a sign — before the shift or right in the middle of it — and see the traffic change.

A town that changes during the day

Roadworks close a street, the school bell rings, rush hour arrives. The sign that was right in the morning can be wrong by noon. Swap signs on the fly and keep the district moving.

Real rules, gentle pace

Every sign works the way it does on real roads: main road and give way, stop, turn bans, lane arrows, plates for trucks and buses. Different road users follow different rules — a ban that stops a truck may not apply to a car. You never need to know the traffic code in advance: the game shows what each rule did, and you'll pick it up along the way.

Pause at any moment, rewind the shift, replay your changes. No timers, no rush.

Features

  • A living town with cars, trucks, buses, taxis and pedestrians

  • Signs as the only tool — the puzzle is in the rules, not in concrete

  • Live shifts: place, remove and swap signs while traffic flows

  • Event cards and a shift breakdown that explain every crash and jam

  • Stars for how long the district keeps moving above the line

  • Day and night, with street lights, headlights and lit windows

  • A tutorial with a friendly traffic inspector

  • Russia is the first country: a small Siberian town and its traffic rules

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

Signarchy was developed with the help of an AI coding assistant (Anthropic's Claude). It was used to write program code and to draft in-game text such as level descriptions, tutorial lines and translations. All of it was directed, reviewed, tested and edited by the developer.

The game itself contains no generative AI. Nothing is generated while you play: the traffic simulation is deterministic and runs entirely on your computer, without any connection to AI services. The 3D models are built procedurally from our own scripts, and road sign artwork follows official national standards.
