Simple Cursor Pendant Maker is a Windows tool for creating, previewing, and exporting desktop cursor pendants. It allows users to turn GIF, PNG, and other image assets into animated pendants that follow the mouse cursor, and export them as standalone loader programs for personal use or sharing with others.

Its core features are “cursor pendant creation” and “cursor pendant loading.” Users can import pendant images, normal cursor-state images, click animations, idle animations, left/right direction animations, icon files, and rope textures in the maker. Built-in settings allow users to adjust the pendant size, rope length, rope segment count, gravity, spring strength, damping, pendant weight, and other physics parameters. The pendant is displayed as a floating desktop window and updates its animation in real time according to the mouse position, movement direction, and click state.

The maker also provides an independent preview feature. Before exporting, users can directly check how the pendant will behave on the desktop, including the anchor position, rope swing, falling speed, follow smoothness, and display effects under different cursor states. The software also supports fine adjustment of anchor points, such as cursor anchor offset, pendant anchor position, and anchor physics, helping the pendant connect more naturally near the mouse pointer.

The export feature packages the current pendant project into an independent loader. The exported loader includes the images, text, icon, and physics parameters required to run the pendant, so users do not need to reopen the maker to use it. The loader can display the pendant name, description, author link, and download link, and supports background running, showing or hiding the pendant, and exiting through the tray menu.
