About This Game

Don't Click, Hantavirus is a tense third-person stress simulator where you control literally just one finger — but every second might be your last.

Goal and challenges

Your main task is to survive as long as possible while balancing three critical meters:

If any of these three meters reaches a critical point — game over. You lose not only by accidentally pressing the button, but also by losing control of the situation.

Game mechanics

You control a cursor (your finger) in real time. The closer your cursor is to the red button, the slower the virus spreads. And if you bring your finger extremely close, the virus gets scared and starts retreating — the infection level goes down. The farther you move your finger, the faster the virus spreads.

But there's a catch: your character's stress level keeps rising. The higher the stress, the stronger the trembling, the more random spasms appear, and the more sluggish the controls feel.

To reduce stress, you use items — but every such item costs money from the state budget. The economy is not infinite.

Distracting duties

While trying to keep your finger above the button, new tasks keep coming:

Ignore these tasks — social order drops. Do everything — stress rises faster.

Progression and modes

Story mode
Each level unlocks a new activity or item. Difficulty increases with each stage. At the end of each level, a news report changes your perception of the situation.

Endless mode
Unlimited survival mode. All mechanics are active at once. Goal: survive as long as possible.

Visual atmosphere

Your desk is surrounded by atmospheric details: the president's photo, the national flag, an old fan, flickering monitors. They don't affect gameplay — they just set the mood.

What makes the game unique

Unlike most stress simulators, here you control literally just one finger. No complex combinations. But this minimalism turns the game into a psychological trial: you know what to do — but your own hand keeps failing you.
