About This Demo

Welcome to Profilaktinsk

After six years of medical school, the Ministry of Health assigns you to Clinic No. 47, Republic of Zdravia. Failure to comply means losing your diploma. Welcome.

Five patients walk through your door every day. Some have a runny nose. Some have a fake referral for opioids. Some are an angry grandmother demanding the antibiotic she saw on TV. Most don't actually need what they're asking for.

Your job is to figure out who's actually sick, who's lying, and what they should get prescribed, referred, or refused.

What You'll Do

  • Read patient charts — allergies, chronic conditions, current medications. Skip a line and you'll prescribe something dangerous.

  • Examine vitals — temperature, blood pressure, throat. Cross-check what they say against what you measure.

  • Verify documents — some referrals are legit, some have a fake stamp, expired date, or wrong license format.

  • Decide — prescribe, refer to a specialist, or reject. Each call affects your reputation.

  • 5 in-game days, 5 patients per day, drawn from a wider pool — every playthrough is different

  • 9 interface languages: Russian, English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Czech, Japanese, Chinese

  • A reference book on your desk: lab values, drug interactions, symptom hints

  • An AI medical assistant on your phone that hallucinates 30% of the time. Use at your own risk.

  • A scoring system — end the week as a star or a cautionary tale
