Build your settlement, recruit heroes, station heroes throughout the town, and prepare your formation before nightfall. When the enemy arrives, combat plays out automatically, victory depends entirely on the choices you made during the day.

Build a city worth defending

Construct farms, taverns, lumber mills, mines, churches, scout towers, and more inside your city walls. Expand carefully, every action spent gathering resources, crafting equipment, or recruiting heroes pushes the enemy one step closer to the gate.

Recruit and command powerful heroes

Recruit tanks, rogues, archers, healers, and spellcasters with unique abilities, stat growth, and combat roles. Build your formation carefully to protect vulnerable backline units, counter enemy assassins, and survive increasingly deadly encounters.

Station heroes throughout the city

Assign Rangers to Scout Towers to fire on intruders before battle begins or station Healers at the Church to keep your wounded alive between fights. Every hero can strengthen your city in different ways.

Craft weapons and armor with powerful passive effects like lifesteal, attack speed, regeneration, and cleaving strikes. Drag heroes between frontline and backline positions to counter enemy formations and survive the siege.

Every few days brings a new boss encounter. Face slimes that split apart, giant spiders that web your heroes, undead hordes, wandering monsters, and far worse lurking beyond the walls. Combat unfolds automatically in real time with adjustable speed controls.
