Inspired by the unforgettable PlayStation-era classics, Cross Contamination is a single-player FPS beat-em-up adventure that combines brutal close-quarters combat, exploration, and a story driven by survival, mutation, and impossible choices.

The world you knew is gone.

A mysterious outbreak has transformed ordinary people into violent, unpredictable mutants. Cities have collapsed, governments have disappeared, and the few humans left alive cling to isolated settlements scattered across a monster-infested wasteland.

You are Lucan Cross.

Part human. Part mutant.

And your mutation is getting worse.

Starting deep beneath the ruins of a forgotten subway system, you’ll venture into the remains of a devastated city in search of answers—and a cure before the mutation takes everything from you. Along the way, you’ll encounter desperate survivors, uncover fragments of what caused the outbreak, and confront the creatures that now rule the streets.

But surviving won’t be enough.

Travel through abandoned subway tunnels, ruined streets, forgotten facilities, and survivor settlements. Environmental panels, clues, and scattered discoveries will help you piece together what happened—and figure out where to go next.

Scattered throughout the wasteland are mysterious vials containing powerful abilities. Collect them and decide how to use your growing mutation to survive.
