Why Early Access?

“We're entering Early Access because the core gameplay loop of our third-person puzzle shooter is complete and fun to play, but we want to shape the full experience alongside our community rather than in isolation. We're committed to this project for the long haul — that means regular updates, active listening, and iterating based on real player feedback. Early Access lets us refine the balance between puzzles and combat through steam community, expand the content maybe, and polish the overall experience with the help of players who are as passionate about the genre as we are ”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“3 -6 months after release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full release will be a significantly more complete experience. While the core loop — exploration, puzzle-solving, and third-person shooting — is already in place, the Early Access version is missing several key features and content we plan to add, including:

Additional levels and environments(which we started at first)
A wider variety of puzzles and enemy encounters
A more complete story and narrative structure
Additional weapons, abilities, or progression systems
UI and SFX polish, more accessibility options maybe, and quality-of-life improvements
Bug fixes and performance optimizations based on player feedback

We want players to know upfront that they're buying into a work in progress, and we'll keep our roadmap visible and up to date throughout development.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Right now, Early Access players of Anatolian Horror Stories: Curse In Bayramdere have access to the main story/campaign missions, full third-person shooting and combat, a working inventory and weapon system, and a handcrafted horror atmosphere with original sound design deeply rooted in Anatolian folklore. Enemy AI is also fully implemented and will keep you on your toes!

What's still in progress: we're finishing up additional levels and areas to further expand the dark world of Bayramdere, and achievements/leaderboards are planned for a future update.

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The community will have a direct impact on how the game evolves. We'll be actively monitoring the Steam Discussions forums and sharing updates, patch notes, and development news through our social media channels on Instagram.Twitter/X and Youtube. Players can expect us to read and respond to feedback, run polls on features and content priorities, and be transparent about what we're working on and why. If something isn't working, we want to hear about it — and if something is loved, we want to build more of it.”
