• Realistic Cost Trade-offs: Every order is tied to profit, employee stress, corporate reputation and your personal morality. This applies to your execution strategies, responses to employee requests, and how you handle unexpected emergencies.

• Precise Resource Management: Manage your capital, limited working hours and morale of staff, and technology research points. Assign the right employees to complete orders and boost efficiency, or exploit and manipulate your employees for higher profits.
