THE END OF ALL THINGS

"The Complex are powerful beings, a battle between 2 of them can reshape mountains, and carve out new seas..."

A weapon beyond comprehension, capable of raining down death anywhere on the planet at any time from it's orbital throne has been unleashed onto the world. You, a Complex being, wake up with a sword, and no memories except how to use it. 

The stage is set for you to oppose this terrible weapon and the faction behind it's creation with nothing even close to a plan, but with no choice but to do it, the planet doesn't have much time left...

Set out on an adventure, slashing through all that oppose you, bringing [PUNISHMENT] to the world, making allies and enemies while uncovering a terrible prophecy that will bring untold death to the world, the [CALAMITY].

Intense Combat

Enemies in this game will gang up on you, they will try to misdirect and punish you for bad moves, and they will destroy you in a few hits. You'll need good timing, positioning and control of your sword to get to slice through and overcome those who oppose you.

Tactics

No button mashing here, you control your sword, and must chose what directions to slash it in, enemies have different weaknesses and resistances, there can't be any wasted movements.

Customizable Combos

The Arsenal Menu allows you to equip attacks to create your own synergies and combo strings, through a combination of Extenders, Finishers and Heat Attacks. Some attacks can be used both in the air and on the ground, others in one state only. You'll need to plan well, and execute even better. 

Endless Zone

Fight a gauntlet of enemies that come in progressively harder waves, as you progress their tactics get more brutal and unforgiving, this is the true test of your abilities with the sword.

Story

The stage has been set, you will bear witness to the dawn of the Great Calamity, and the beginning of the end. The story is told both through in game dialog and manga panels that detail your journey.

Duels

Intense 1v1 sequences where precise timing and control are required to defeat a single enemy. One mistake can spell the end to either participant. A true test of your abilities, you'll have to time your blocks, counters, and special attacks and sometimes even accept taking a hit to deliver the fatal blow.

Allies

Allies that can go with you into missions, with different abilities, example, finishing enemies that are on low health, healing in dire situations, freezing enemies in place under certain conditions etc.

These allies will also have short optional story lines, that you can participate in with special rewards like exclusive techniques, and new areas to be explored.

Choices

In game choices for dialog options that will affect character relationships, and the abilities they get to help you with in battle. And choices in the games manga panels, that will let you influence the story overall.
