What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Early Access gives players a chance to shape the game as it evolves. By gathering feedback directly from the community, we can refine mechanics, fix issues, and add features that truly matter—ensuring the final experience is something players genuinely enjoy and feel invested in.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect the game to remain in Early Access for approximately 3–12 months. This timeframe allows us to iterate based on player feedback, refine gameplay systems, and deliver a more polished and complete experience.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to expand into a richer MMORPG experience. We plan to add core social features such as parties, guilds, and PvP, allowing players to collaborate and compete in more meaningful ways.

We also plan to add a marketplace or auction house that would let players trade items and currencies. Our goal is to give players more freedom to customize their builds and find gear that suits their playstyle, fostering a more dynamic and player-driven in-game economy.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version currently offers a complete prologue experience. Players can progress up to level 30 and face a final boss that ties directly into the game’s main story.

This version is designed as the foundation of the full game, with additional content and free expansions planned throughout development to gradually expand the world, story, and gameplay systems.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No — the game is free-to-play during Early Access, and we plan to keep it free at full release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to involve the community closely throughout development by actively engaging with players on Discord, Steam, and social media. Feedback, suggestions, and reviews from these platforms help shape updates, balance gameplay, and prioritize new features. Our goal is for this ongoing dialogue to guide the game toward what players want and enjoy.

About This Game

Echoes of Creation: Origin is a single-player 3D open-world action RPG with deep stat-driven progression and grindy, satisfying combat. Hunt monsters across seven hand-painted zones, master one of four classes, and free the sealed goddess Light from the dark guardian who imprisoned her.

Story

The Creator forged two mythical beings — Light and Dark. When Light saved the world she was weakened, and Dark sealed her away. You are a chosen Adventurer drawn to her aid. The story sends you across the realm to defeat The Forgotten One, the boss guardian holding her chains. Free her, and the world begins to heal.

Classes & Progression

  • Start as an Adventurer and choose your path at Level 10: Swordsman, Assassin, Ranger, or Cleric — each with unique skills, weapons, and play styles.

  • Level cap 30 for the MVP campaign, with a progressive EXP curve designed for grindy long-session play.

  • 2 stat points to allocate every level across STR / DEX / INT / END / VIT / SPR.

  • Skill books in Normal / Rare / Epic / Legend tiers expand your toolkit as you progress.

  • Talent tree with branching specializations unlocks alongside your class.

Combat & Auto-Hunt

  • Real-time action combat with weapon swings, ranged attacks, and casted spells.

  • Auto-Combat with two modes — Hunt (chase monsters within radius) and Guard (stationary defense). Customize target priority, skill rotation, auto-potion thresholds, and self-buff schedule.

  • Status effects (stun, poison, bleed, slow), critical strikes, dodge rolls, and weighted damage formulas.

  • No death penalty — respawn at the village with 30% HP.

The World

Seven distinct hand-painted zones connected by unlockable fast-travel waypoints:

  • Eloria Village — your hub for shopping, NPCs, quests, and the Bank.

  • Forest Path → Dark Woods → Goblin Hills → Cursed Caverns → Ancient Ruins → Creator's Gate — escalating difficulty through a richly themed world toward the final boss.

  • Mini-bosses punctuate each zone with unique mechanics and signature drops.

  • Elite monsters — towering 5x-scale variants of normal enemies that broadcast their arrival in chat and drop rare loot.

Gear & Customization

  • 14 equipment slots: weapons, armor, accessories, capes, wings.

  • Equipment upgrade system (+1 to +10) with success/failure rates and Scrolls of Protection.

  • Typed gem sockets — normal/rare gear gets one socket, epic/legendary gets a higher-tier socket too.

  • Monster Essences — ultra-rare 1/10,000 drops from signature monsters, soulbound on socket, opening new build axes (crit rate, lifesteal, gold find, move speed, and more).

  • Gear sets with multi-piece bonuses across leather, chain, plate, and forgotten tiers.

  • Customizable character with modular hair, eye, and costume slots (anime-styled cel-shaded look).

Quests & Activities

  • 6 main story quests following the path to The Forgotten One.

  • 12 side quests spread across all zones (kill, collect, deliver).

  • Daily quests with rotating objectives + a daily login streak that grants Eloria's Favor.

  • Achievements tied to combat milestones, exploration, and rare drops.

  • Monsterpedia unlocks monster info, stats, and drop tables as you kill more of each species.

  • Gear and monster collections with permanent stat bonuses for completing sets.

Other Features

  • Weight-based inventory (your VIT stat determines max carry weight).

  • Dual currency: Gold (50% drop) and Diamonds (1% drop) for premium upgrades.

  • Auto-loot charm for hands-free farming sessions.

  • Cloud saves via Steam.

  • Marketplace to trade rare drops with other adventurers.

  • PvP arena for competitive play between sessions.

  • Eloria's Favor — a daily blessing resource that triples your gains during favored hunts.

Playtime

  • ~25-40 hours to clear the main story and reach the level cap.

  • Open-ended grind, gear hunting, talent specialization, and rare-drop farming extend playtime well beyond.

What Makes It Unique

  • A love letter to grindy stat-driven progression in a modern 3D anime open world.

  • Auto-combat designed for both active and idle play styles — set up your character and let them farm, or take direct control for boss fights and PvP.

  • 1-in-10,000 essence drops give every monster pull a "lucky" lottery feel.

  • No death penalty, no pay-to-win — the game respects your time.
