About This Demo

Blau is a tranquil ocean-themed strategy game in which you place hexagonal tiles to craft vast, living seascapes. With Blau, you can immerse yourself in the quiet vastness of the sea at any time and find calm among the waves. At the same time, Blau offers a challenge for those who seek it: to keep your ocean thriving across turns, you must carefully balance energy, gold, and the environment, planning your tile layouts to harness jet streams, weather disasters, and reach milestones that expand your ever-growing seascape.

Each turn, you draw tiles from your pool and place them to expand your ocean. Build upgrades on your tiles to generate gold and energy, then end your turn to collect your resources. Keep your energy levels positive, resolve the disasters that threaten your ecosystem, and hit milestones to earn fresh tiles and keep expanding. The ocean grows one piece at a time, and every placement shapes what comes next.
