Melowrite is a minimalist DAW and real time audio engine that helps you make music for video games. The all in one audio solution for indie developers.

  • Write music using the onboard instruments like the soundfont player, subtractive synth, chip synth, and samplers.

  • Over 800 pre installed factory presets perfect for composing videogame music.

  • Create reusable chunks and arrange them to create songs.

  • Record audio using your computer's audio input sources.

  • Export chunks, stems and arrangements to MP3 or WAV format.

  • Melowrite is also a headless real-time audio engine! Play songs, SFX and sequences in real time in your games. Unity Plugin included.

  • Change the look and feel with themes and fonts.

  • Shape your sound with seven built in effects.
