What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We plan to launch on Early Access to involve players early in the game's refinement process. Through continuous feedback collected during Early Access — such as balance tuning, difficulty pacing, content depth, performance, and stability — we can experiment with experimental features and unique design ideas. This allows us to prioritize our limited development resources on what matters most to the player experience, ensuring the full release meets player expectations in both content completeness and overall playability.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan for Early Access to span multiple phases — each focused on core experience refinement, new content additions, and iterative improvements based on player feedback. The full release will come after we progressively complete the key content and features. The overall timeline will adapt based on community feedback, development progress, and any technical or balance challenges we encounter — potentially one year or more — until the game feels truly complete.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“For the full release, we plan to add more characters, artifacts, and enemies; expand the story and events; introduce additional playable modes; upgrade visual effects; complete the tutorial and system documentation; improve numerical balance; fix various bugs; enhance hardware compatibility and optimize performance; and localize the game into more languages. We also aim to systematically integrate features validated during Early Access, creating a more cohesive progression flow and richer content overall.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Please see the "About This Game" section below for details.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to maintain our pricing strategy throughout Early Access, with potential adjustments as we progressively add new content and features. We do not intend to make frequent or unnecessary price changes during the Early Access period. However, when Early Access concludes and we launch the full version with significantly more content, we plan to increase the price accordingly based on the final content volume and overall experience completeness. Any price adjustments will be communicated in advance through update announcements and updated store page information.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to engage the community throughout the development cycle in several ways:
Constant Feedback Channels: We will consistently gather player feedback and suggestions through in-game feedback, QQ group, Discord, and Steam community.
Transparent Iteration Priorities: With each update, we will share what has been resolved, what is in progress, and what has been received but deprioritized — adjusting based on ongoing community input.
Patch Cadence Synced with Community Needs: During Early Access, we will publish regular update logs, focused especially on what players care about most — core gameplay, balance, stability, and overall playability.
Targeted Playtesting (when feasible): When preparing new content or significant system changes, we plan to invite a group of players for focused playtesting to validate direction through data and qualitative feedback.
Dev Logs & Communication: We will regularly publish development progress summaries (short posts, videos, or key points) and address key questions in community Q&As, while keeping actual development progress as the baseline for all commitments.”

About This Game

Do you have the courage to venture into the Wasteland and uncover the truth of this world?

This is an Eastern fantasy realm where the Five Elements are law, and cultivation is the act of understanding reality itself — yet that very "law" is being quietly drained by those who wield it.

This world has no single name. The mortals of Central State call it "the Human Realm." Cultivators call it "the Five Elements Continent." Those from the Celestial Domain refer to it in ancient texts as "the Lower Realm." In the Wasteland, no one has given it a name — for most life there has long since ceased to need one.

All things are composed of the Five Elements: Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth.

They are not mere elements — they are rules. They flow into one another, restrain and sustain each other, forming a self-sustaining cycle known as the Five Elements Source Qi. This system can heal itself — but healing takes time. It takes space. And above all, it must be allowed to rest.

Deep deck-building Roguelike with Five Elements strategy at its core

Master the cycle of creation and destruction.

Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth — plus Neutral.

  • Generate an element → restore your Qi

  • Exploit a weakness → deal 150% damage

  • Get countered → deal only 75% damage

The Five Elements system is the core strategic layer — every deck build must account for the "element chain."

Enemy moves are readable. Combat is a complete loop of pattern recognition → decision → feedback.

You will encounter all kinds of wonders in this world.

The Wasteland holds monsters from diverse environments, along with events each with their own character. You will meet all manner of people — some are half-immortals, some are wandering warriors, some are gamblers — and some things that defy description...

Current content (constantly expanding):

  • Characters: A-Liang, Wu Xin (multi-form and summon characters in development)

  • Enemies: 80+

  • Events: 60+

  • Relics: 100+

  • Elixirs: 50+

  • ...and growing

More content is coming during Early Access.

The world is always changing — and it changes in more ways than one. More content, including characters, cards, events, enemies, and more, will be continuously added and balanced throughout Early Access. Join this journey now, and become part of the world's next evolution.

We believe that a game exists for its players. We want nothing more than to build a great game together with you. That's why your creativity and feedback matter so much to us — we want to experience this world together, and make it better, together.

Thank you to every player who gives us the chance to grow.
