About This Game

Create your world, then conquer it.

In Pixel Imperium, play a grand strategy game on any map you can dream of, on land or in space. Import real maps to finally play that historical region or period you've never found in a game, play a procedurally generated map for quick action, or hand draw your own fantasy world.

Once you've created your world, bring it to life by naming provinces and regions, distributing resources and population, placing empires, and setting their personalities and alliances. Every faction is fully customizable, from their flag to their map color to their behavior. You can even change these, and the faction you're playing, mid-game to reflect the growth of a scrappy upstart rebel faction into a dominant empire.

You'll then manage your faction's economy, military, and diplomacy in a bid to dominate the map. Play wide and put all your resources into military conquest and colonization, or play tall and invest heavily in your core provinces and project power through networks of alliances, sturdy defences, a robust economy, and high-quality troops.
