About This Game

Exogear is a 3D action-platformer built on speed, precision and flow. The visuals and gameplay of the 5th and 6th generation classics (PS1/PS2), translated into a modern experience with a retro low-poly aesthetic.

The Legend of the Model Zero

The Model Zero armor was built to decide a war, but it developed a will of its own and killed everyone who tried to use it. Written off as a defective prototype, it spent a century sealed away under the watch of Kardia, the institution that cast out everyone who refused its chips and left them to survive on barren, hostile ground.

Atlas was born on the outside, among the Scoria, the exiled heirs of a sentence they never earned. He spent years chasing the legend of the Model Zero alongside a small group who still believed the fate of the Scoria could be changed. When they finally find it, they are ambushed. His companions fall one by one. Atlas knows what the armor does and puts it on anyway, and becomes the first to control it.

A rejected prototype and a discarded kid are now the only real threat to the world Kardia built. Nobody has ever controlled the Model Zero. For the first time, someone will live long enough to find out why.

• 12 unique stages: A single player campaign where each stage has its own theme, enemies and challenges.

• Create your build: Equip weapons, enhancement chips, and special attacks to create personalized playstyles.

• Choose your path: Explore a Metroidvania-style map and face bosses in any order you wish. Difficulty that rises as you clear bosses!

• Acquire the boss's power: Gain the power of each defeated boss, some abilities can be used to reveal secrets.
