As a solo developer with a limited budget, I am currently using Generative AI text-to-speech tools to create the voice-overs, 911 calls, and radio communications in the game. A dispatch simulator requires a massive amount of audio, and using AI allows me to populate the game with necessary placeholder dialogue during active development.
