About This Game

Scratch Off is a roguelike built around the simple, irresistible act of scratching a lottery ticket. Each run you are handed a stack of cards and a dwindling pile of money. Buy tickets. Scratch them. Survive the rent. Repeat.

Some cards are safe. Some are not. As the rounds tick by and the rent deadlines loom closer, every purchase becomes a gamble and every scratch a small moment of held breath.

The shopkeeper has seen it all before. He will tell you when you are doing well. He will tell you when you are not.

Collect powerful coins that bend the rules in your favour. Unlock new card types with wilder odds and bigger payouts. Push deeper into harder difficulties that stack the house advantage against you one brutal modifier at a time.

It is not complicated. That is the point. There is just you, a coin, and a card covered in foil.
