What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“As a solo developer, I am using Early Access to establish a direct connection with players. Since the game relies heavily on dynamic dialogue and complex psychological balancing (DEF/SAN/HP), real-player feedback is essential for me to refine the experience. Furthermore, I plan to use this period to conduct UI/UX AB testing and specialized user research. This data-driven approach will help me optimize interaction flows and immersion, ensuring the final release is both intuitive and emotionally resonant.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“I plan for the game to remain in Early Access for approximately 6 to 12 months. This timeframe will allow me to complete the remaining chapters, deepen the AI response logic, and perform multiple iterations based on the UI/UX research data I collect.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to be a more refined and polished experience. We aim to iterate on the user interface and overall player experience based on community feedback during the Early Access period. While the core narrative is expected to remain consistent, we intend to explore additional environmental interactions and further enhance the NPC interaction systems to create a more immersive world.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version currently includes the complete core narrative conflict, the dynamic dialogue system, and basic attribute logic (DEF/SAN/HP). While visual presentation and system performance still require further optimization, players can already experience the main early storyline and participate in the initial interaction experiments.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“I currently do not plan to increase the price for the full release. I want to reward early supporters who participate in my UI/UX research with a stable price. The price is planned to remain the same unless significant new features or substantial optimizations are achieved during the development process.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Every player's feedback will flow directly into my development log. I plan to gather suggestions through the Steam Community and Discord, and I will regularly release UI/UX surveys. As I am conducting interaction research, I will invite players to experience different UI designs and collect data. Every click and comment will directly influence my final optimization decisions.”

About This Game

"The Audit of a Human Soul."

Fragments of a "Success Story" Alex is a "top performer" in Silicon Valley. But on this night in December 2025, his world is fracturing. Between a brutal new visa policy and a sudden tragedy across the ocean, the "American Dream" has suddenly become an extortionate trap.

Gameplay Features

  • Break the Mask (DEF): Alex survives by being defensive. Navigate his logical fallacies and corporate jargon to find the raw grief hidden beneath.

  • Psychological Stakes: Manage his HP (Communication) and SAN (Sanity). One wrong word could end the conversation prematurely, leaving the truth buried forever.

  • Environmental Narrative: Scour a high-fidelity digital grave of a life built on expectations. Investigate WeChat logs, cold HR emails, and the artifacts of an isolated existence to unlock critical dialogue paths.

The Impossible Choice There are no winners here. Will you guide him to protect the "Investment" his parents died for, or encourage him to abandon everything for a final goodbye? In this 20-minute countdown, every choice carries a heavy, unpayable bill.

20 minutes left. Don't waste them.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

This game utilizes a Large Language Model (LLM) to drive a dynamic NPC dialogue system. This ensures that every interaction and every attempt to break Alex's Defensiveness is unique. Instead of following pre-set scripts, the character provides real-time psychological feedback based on player input, creating a high-pressure, immersive narrative experience.
