This game is a sequel to Laments of a Platinum Rose, and should be played after completing that game. 

You are Jane Perdita. Once the Queen of a psuedo-monarchy built on a visceral desire for Progress, now abdicated by the merciless hand of Progress. 

Visited by an Angel of Mercy, who clipped their own wings to protect her, Jane Perdita is now left to return the favor. To overcome insurmountable odds to save the one she loves.

Game uses swearing very frequently and loosely.
Dialog references many adult topics, including mentions of drug use, violence, self-harm, sex, among related topics. No nudity is shown, and the very few violent acts that are shown aren't portrayed with uncomfortable levels of detail. Blood and wounds are shown.
Tarot cards are shown. Some tarot cards, by their normal design, show a nudity but it isn't detailed or sexual in nature.
