You are the GRASS CHOPPER - a respected but simple role in your village, keeping the overgrowth in check. Getting paid enough to get by, nothing more was asked of you.

But somewhere along the way you stopped trimming and started pushing. Deeper into the grass, further than anyone has gone before. Nobody asked you to. Nobody knows why you keep going.

And yet - you just can't stop.

Cut. Earn. Upgrade. Repeat.

Swing your scythe, collect coins from every blade you cut, and spend them on a growing arsenal of upgrades. More damage, faster attacks, better combos - every upgrade lets you push deeper into the overgrowth than before. The further forward you go, the tougher the grass gets. But tougher grass means more gold, and more gold means getting even stronger.

The Grass Fights Back

The overgrowth doesn't give up easily. It grows back, it gets denser the deeper you go, and it finds ways to slow your advance. Push too far without the right upgrades and you'll be forced to retreat. Push deep enough and the air itself runs out - your oxygen drains as you cut deeper, forcing you to manage how far you venture before pulling back to safety. At the heart of each area lies a grass root. The grass will do everything it can to stop you from reaching it. Destroy it anyway.

Build Your Chopper

Invest your coins into a growing list of upgrades that make you faster, stronger, and more resilient the deeper you push. As you progress you'll unlock special attacks - powerful abilities designed to help you deal with whatever the overgrowth throws at you. Each special attack costs a charge, and charges don't refill instantly. Use them wisely or you might find yourself deep in the grass with nothing left to fall back on.
