World Nexuses: Hyper Racer is a short, indie, arcade-style, sci-fi racer created by a solo developer.

Story:

In the year 2446, the alien civilization known as the Xelarthans, from the planet Xelarthania in the Little Sombrero galaxy, unveiled a technology that reshaped interstellar travel. They built a vast teleportation network, a system of nodes that opened gateways into countless unknown worlds.

These portals were not just bridges between places—they were invitations to adventure.

A group of explorers — Vorf, Tiuthirf, Ikuthior, and you — saw more than mere discovery in this creation. They imagined a competition that would test courage, skill, and speed. Their vision became the Interworld Racing League, a tournament where racers would leap from one portal to another, navigating worlds that challenged both machine and pilot.

Together, they transformed exploration into spectacle, and spectacle into legend.

Thus began a new era: racing across worlds, where every portal opened not only a new world but also a new challenge. The Xelarthans’ teleportation network became the arena, and the explorers became pioneers of a sport that spanned galaxies.
