END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Extra Warp Games

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR PLAYING THIS GAME. BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE GAME.
1. License Grant
Extra Warp Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer the Game to any third party.
2. Press and Content Creator License
Extra Warp Games grants press outlets and content creators a limited, non-exclusive license to use the official press kit materials (screenshots, trailers, logos) for editorial coverage and promotional content related to the Game.
This license does not extend to commercial exploitation of press kit assets. Any use beyond editorial or promotional coverage requires prior written consent from Extra Warp Games.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Game is licensed to you, not sold. All original code, gameplay logic, visual design, and other creative works developed by Extra Warp Games remain the exclusive property of Extra Warp Games. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.
Certain assets (including but not limited to graphics, audio, fonts, and 3D models) are used under license from third-party creators and remain the property of their respective owners. Full attribution for all third-party assets, including those licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0), is provided in the included assets_credits.txt file.

Disclaimer Regarding Unreal Engine
This product has been developed using Unreal Engine (“UE”), a proprietary engine licensed from Epic Games, Inc. You acknowledge and agree that:
• No Representations or Warranties: The product developer makes no representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, express or implied, with respect to Unreal Engine, including but not limited to its performance, compatibility, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• No Liability: Epic Games, Inc. shall have no liability whatsoever to you, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or related to your use of this product or Unreal Engine.
• Independent Responsibility: All obligations, support, and liabilities related to this product rest solely with the product developer. Epic Games, Inc. is not responsible for providing any support, updates, or remedies in connection with this product.
• Acknowledgment: By using this product, you expressly acknowledge that Unreal Engine is provided “as is” and that Epic Games, Inc. disclaims all responsibility for any damages, losses, or claims arising from or related to your use of this product.
4. Restrictions
You may not, and may not permit others to:
• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Game.
• Distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Game to any third party.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Extra Warp Games.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Game.
• Use the Game in any manner that violates applicable law or the rights of any third party.
5. Updates and Changes
Extra Warp Games reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Game at any time without prior notice. Updates may be required to continue using the Game. Extra Warp Games may also update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
6. Privacy
The Game does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from its users. No telemetry, analytics, crash reports, or any other user data is gathered by Extra Warp Games through the Game. Any data collected by the platform through which you purchased the Game is governed by that platform's own privacy policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. EXTRA WARP GAMES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXTRA WARP GAMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
9. Refunds
Refund requests are subject to the refund policy of the platform through which you purchased the Game. For purchases made through Steam, please refer to the Steam Refund Policy at store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds.
10. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Extra Warp Games may terminate this Agreement immediately and without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately uninstall and delete all copies of the Game in your possession. Sections 3, 7, 8, and 11 shall survive termination.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Consumers retain any mandatory rights provided by the laws of their country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Steam Subscriber Agreement and any other terms incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Extra Warp Games regarding the Game, and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
