What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Online Boxing 3D is built around a fully physics-driven boxing system, where every movement and punch is simulated in real time. The core gameplay is already functional and provides a unique and highly replayable experience, but several major features are still in development.

Early Access allows us to expand the game together with the community while focusing on the most important aspects first. Our main goals during Early Access are to improve and expand the career mode, introduce online multiplayer, and upgrade the current placeholder visuals to higher-quality models and environments.

Because the gameplay is physics-based, feedback from real players is especially valuable. Early Access gives us the opportunity to refine mechanics, balance, and overall feel based on actual gameplay experiences, ensuring that the final version becomes as responsive, realistic, and enjoyable as possible.

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently expect the game to remain in Early Access for approximately 4 to 6 months.

However, development time may vary depending on feedback from the community and the progress of key features such as career mode improvements, online multiplayer, and visual upgrades. Our goal is to take the time needed to ensure the final version delivers a polished and complete experience.

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is fully playable and includes the core boxing experience.

Players can create a boxer, enter career mode, and fight against AI opponents using a fully physics-driven combat system. All punches, movement, and interactions are simulated in real time, meaning no two fights are ever the same.

The current version includes:

* A working career mode with AI opponents
* Full control over movement, punching, and defensive actions
* A physics-based damage system based on real contact forces
* Local gameplay against AI opponents

However, several areas are still in development:

* Career mode is currently basic and will be expanded with more depth and progression
* Online multiplayer is planned but not yet implemented
* Graphics are placeholder-level and will be upgraded in future updates

Overall, the game already delivers its core gameplay experience, but content and presentation will continue to improve throughout Early Access.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is fully playable and already includes the core gameplay experience.

Players can create a boxer, enter career mode, and fight against AI opponents using a fully physics-driven combat system. Movement, punching, and collisions are simulated in real time, creating a dynamic and unpredictable boxing experience where no two fights are the same.

The current version includes:

* A complete core boxing system with full player control
* AI opponents with different behaviors
* A working career mode
* A physics-based damage system based on real contact forces

However, several important features are still in development:

* Career mode will be expanded with more depth, progression, and content
* Online multiplayer is planned but not yet implemented
* Visuals are currently placeholder-level and will be upgraded in future updates

While the core gameplay is already solid and enjoyable, the overall experience will continue to grow and improve throughout Early Access.

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The game is planned to be priced lower during Early Access than at full release.

As new features, content, and improvements are added throughout development, the price may gradually increase to reflect the expanded scope of the game. Players who join during Early Access will get access to the game at a lower price and will receive all future updates leading up to the full release.

Our goal is to ensure that Early Access players are rewarded for supporting the game during development, while the final version reflects the full content and experience.

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback plays a key role in shaping Online Boxing 3D.

We actively gather feedback through our Discord server, where players can share suggestions, report issues, and discuss gameplay. Because the game is built around a physics-driven system, player feedback is especially important for fine-tuning mechanics such as movement, punching, and damage.

Community input will directly influence development priorities, including gameplay balance, feature improvements, and new additions. Regular updates will reflect both ongoing development goals and feedback from players.

We aim to build the game together with the community and ensure that player experience is at the center of development.”
