Why Early Access?

“This has been an internal tool for years now for my solo dev efforts. I'd like to release it to the wider community for feedback and to share the capabilities.

The goal is to have many more levels and benchmarks with refined metrics and UI/UX. To achieve this I'll be taking feedback through discord and github.”

Approximately how long will this software be in Early Access?

“It will be in Early Access for 6-9 months while feedback comes back and other levels are created.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The early access version will be free with a few scenes for testing. The full version will have more test scenes which test broader benchmarks.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“There are 2 test scenes which can be used for benchmarking. The results are uploaded to an accompaning webapp which is fully functional now.

Users benchmarks can be uploaded and tied to their Steam account.”

Will this software be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“I'm not planning on changing the price after early access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Discord discussions around what people enjoy and don't and how to improve the app overall. I'd really like to know if there's more specific benchmarks to test.”

About This Software

Push your GPU to its absolute limit. Crossbench3D is a cross-platform 3D benchmarking suite built for enthusiasts, system builders, overclockers, and developers who demand precise, reproducible performance data. Multiple benchmark scenes test everything from raw fill rate and draw call throughput to compute shader efficiency and ray-tracing pipeline stress.

After each run, upload your results to the Crossbench3D Global Database with a single click. Every submission is paired with a full hardware profile, GPU model, driver version, CPU, system RAM, and recorded thermals, so comparisons are apples-to-apples. Browse the public leaderboard by hardware tier, compare your score against the same card at stock versus overclocked, or track how a driver update shifted your percentile ranking.

Side-by-side comparison tools let you overlay frame-time graphs from two runs, highlight regressions. Whether you're validating a new build, reporting a driver bug, or settling a benchmark debate, Crossbench3D gives you the data and the receipts.
