Pain to Satisfaction is a partygame where difficulty increases with every new patient.
Your goal is to balance the seven chakras of each patient using unusual, confusing, and often awkward mechanics. Every run challenges your skill, reflexes, and muscle memory—the only real form of progression in the game.

Heal as many patients as possible, climb the Steam leaderboard, and prove you're number one.
Play solo or share a controller with friends in party mode to find out who survives the longest.
Play as long as you can keep up with the increasing difficulty. Supports keyboard and gamepad.
