Ward Zero is a co-op psychological horror experience where you and up to 3 other players take on the role of investigators sent to uncover the truth behind a missing persons case.

You are assigned to find Simon, a 22-year-old man who vanished without a trace.

Your search leads you to the State Psychiatric Rehabilitation Facility — a place long abandoned… yet not entirely empty.

What begins as a routine investigation quickly turns into a descent into fear.

As you dig deeper into the facility, you uncover evidence of unethical experiments conducted on patients—experiments that were never meant to be exposed.

Ward Zero contains strong horror themes set within an abandoned asylum and underground sewer system. Players will encounter disturbing environments, including dark, decayed interiors and unsettling imagery designed to create tension and fear.

The game includes depictions of violence, such as players being chased and attacked by hostile creatures. While there is no explicit gore, there may be brief scenes of implied violence and character death.

The narrative explores themes related to psychological distress, experimentation, and institutional neglect, which some players may find unsettling.

Ward Zero does not contain any sexual content or depictions of sexual violence.
