Idlings is a charming idle colony sim about digging into a vast underground world and slowly bringing it back to life.

You explore a sprawling cave system, rescue lost Idlings scattered throughout the darkness, and guide them home to build a growing underground colony. The more Idlings you save, the more your colony begins to gather resources, uncover relics, and light the way deeper into the caves.

At its heart, Idlings is about shaping the underground world itself. Dig tunnels through the terrain, place ladders and platforms to create new routes, and slowly design a cave network that helps your colony move and work efficiently.

If you’ve ever wondered what it might feel like if Terraria’s digging and exploration met the colony antics of Lemmings, with a bit of the emergent systems thinking found in Oxygen Not Included, that’s roughly the spirit of Idlings.
