**The game includes the following mature themes:**

**Violence and crime.** Players, staff, and clubs can be involved in criminal events including assault, domestic violence, drink driving, match fixing, organized crime, and drug trafficking. Fan violence, riots, and stadium incidents can occur, including injuries and deaths. Terrorist attacks are a rare world event. All criminal behavior carries negative consequences.

**Death and serious injury.** Characters can die from accidents, cardiac events, and other causes. Riot and crime events can result in fatalities. Deaths are permanent and affect the game world.

**Suicide and mental health.** The game simulates mental health crises including depression and burnout. Suicide is a possible outcome at the extreme end of the mental health system. A sports psychology and support system is available. All mental health content can be adjusted or disabled in content settings.

**Drugs and alcohol.** Characters can be involved in alcohol abuse, drink driving, doping, recreational drug use, drug trafficking, and the medical use of substances that may be illegal in certain territories. Substance abuse is depicted with negative consequences.

**Discrimination.** The game simulates racism, homophobia, religious discrimination, sexism, and xenophobia as real events that can affect players and staff. These are presented as harmful, with systems for response, support, and progressive change over time. The game does not endorse any form of discrimination.

**Language.** The game contains mild to moderate profanity in dialogue, press conferences, and news content.
