🕯️ Descend into the Labyrinth

The Labyrinth is a 3D dungeon crawler inspired by early 1990s text-based multiplayer RPGs. It’s built around exploration, danger, and figuring things out as you go. You enter searching for your brother. The demo covers the opening stretch of the dungeon.

⚔️ What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be moving through a connected dungeon made up of several early regions. Each one has its own layout, enemies, and problems to deal with.

Real-time combat against a variety of enemies
A puzzle built into the dungeon itself
Branching paths that don’t always lead where you expect
Journals, clues, and voice echoes left behind by people who didn’t make it out

There’s no map telling you where to go. You learn the space by moving through it.

🧬 Character Choices Matter

Your build changes how the game plays.

A selection of races and professions are available in the demo
Equipment and consumables you’ll need to manage carefully
Progression tied to what you explore and how far you push

Some builds are safer. Some are stronger. None are perfect.

👹 It Will Push Back

The Labyrinth isn’t just a backdrop. It actively works against you.

Enemies punish bad positioning and sloppy timing
Mini-boss encounters test how well you understand your build
Some areas are dangerous just to exist in

If something goes wrong, it’s usually because of a decision you made earlier.

🧭 The Story Isn’t Given to You

You won’t get long cutscenes or exposition dumps.

Instead, you’ll piece things together from what’s left behind:

Journals from past explorers
Clues tied to puzzles and locations
Voice echoes that hint at what happened

🚧 About the Demo

This is only the beginning of the Labyrinth.

The demo includes a limited selection of races and professions, and a single character slot.

Later regions, deeper systems, and the larger story are not included here.
