About This Game

Kuessaria is a 2D multiplayer sandbox RPG that blends real-time action combat with deep crafting, building, and exploration — all in a shared online world.

A lot of features are experimental, partially implemented, or just not ready yet! Keep an eye on the list of current features and planned features at the bottom of this description for what I can guarantee is in the game today!

Adventure Together

Team up with friends in parties of up to 4 players. Explore dangerous wilderness, delve into dungeons(WIP), and take on powerful bosses with coordinated combat. Trade items with other players, chat, and tackle challenges that are tougher alone.

Fight Your Way Through

Face off against a variety of enemies — from passive slimes and bats to aggressive zombies and dungeon horrors. Learn enemy patterns, dodge boss mechanics across multiple phases, and cast spells to turn the tide. Equip swords, staves, and battle axes, and unlock skills like Fireball and Heal to customize your combat style.

Build Your Own World

Every player gets their own persistent, instanced world — a personal sandbox where every block is breakable and placeable. Mine ores, chop trees, plant crops, and smelt bars at your furnace. Place crafting stations, storage chests, furniture, and walls to build your base exactly how you want it. Invite friends as collaborators to build together, or as visitors to show off your creation.

Craft and Progress

Gather resources and work your way up through tiers of tools, weapons, and armor. Smelt ores into bars, cook food for powerful buffs, and craft gear at specialized stations — crafting benches, furnaces, anvils, and cooking stations. With 75+ recipes and dozens of unique items, there's always something new to work toward.

Grow and Farm

Plant tree saplings and tend crops in your personal world. Grow wheat, herbs, and vegetables over real time, harvest your produce, and use it to cook food that restores health and mana. Manage your farm alongside your adventures in the wider world.

Level Up Your Way

Earn experience from combat and quests, level up, and allocate stat points across Strength, Intelligence, Defense, Speed, and more. Equip gear that boosts your stats, pick up quests from NPCs in town, and unlock new progression as you advance.

I literally use AI for every inch of this game. There is human made art here and there, but you can safely assume 90% of the game is AI.
