About This Demo

Enter the first two districts.

This free demo contains the opening 20 missions of tower.defense(): Program the Fight. It
teaches the complete place-program-test-deploy loop without assuming any programming experience,
then asks you to combine what you learned against the Auditor.

Write behaviour without writing syntax.

Place a tower inside an authored maintenance zone and open its controller. Assemble readable blocks
to choose what it observes, which target it selects and what action it takes. Later missions add
plain-language conditions, comparisons, IF/ELSE, AND, OR and NOT.

Every placed tower runs its own controller. A Sentry can answer armour with the right ammunition, a
Lance can pierce a column, and a Warden can scan the battlefield, visibly mark an enemy or slow
selected threats.

Rehearse the exact result.

Use the lab to play, pause, step and rewind a deterministic rehearsal, then inspect the decision that
caused the outcome. Change the program and the fight changes with it. Rehearsal is optional: a
complete plan can deploy directly.

Placement is a real decision.

The route, contact time, elevation and line of sight all matter. Some structures block a shot.
Raised positions can extend useful range. The same program can succeed in one maintenance zone and
fail in another.

Clear it, then solve it cleanly.

Stopping the machines completes a mission. Additional evaluations reward relay integrity, hardware
discipline, compact programs and a clean live strategy. Save a useful controller as a blueprint and
adapt each deployed copy independently.

  • 20 single-player missions across two districts
  • Three programmable towers: Sentry, Lance and Warden
  • Courier, Sprinter and Bulwark threats, plus the Auditor boss
  • Beginner-friendly visual logic with no syntax to type
  • Placement, elevation and line-of-sight puzzles
  • Deterministic lab playback and causal inspection
  • Blueprint reuse and per-tower controllers
  • Optional block-budget and Platinum challenges
  • SOFIA's in-game maintenance channel

The demo ends. Your work does not.

Progress, settings and compatible blueprints are designed to continue into the full game. Finish the
twentieth mission to reach the demo boundary, then wishlist the full campaign on Steam.
