Shogun's Stand is a fast-paced action tower defense rogue-lite set in an under siege feudal Japan. You are the last defender — a lone Shogun standing at the heart of your castle as the relentless waves of enemies close in from every direction.

Take direct control of your tower's firepower, hold the line with loyal soldiers, lay cunning traps, and grow stronger with every wave you survive. No two runs are the same.

Fight Your Way
You don't just watch the battle unfold — you're in it. Rain down fire from your castle while building out your fortress, collecting Mon from fallen enemies to fund your defenses, and placing traps in real time. Every decision counts.

Build Your Defense
Spend your hard-earned Mon between waves to reinforce your position. Place soldier outposts to hold the front line, lay spike traps to punish advancing enemies, slow the horde with sand traps, and incinerate clusters with flame towers. Block key chokepoints with barricades and watch your enemies try and break through.

Level Up, Adapt, Survive

Defeating enemies earns experience. Each level up presents a choice of powerful upgrades — boost your firepower, multiply your collected Mon, power up defenses, or strengthen your Castle. Stack the right combinations and turn a desperate last stand into a devastating counteroffensive.

Face Relentless Threats
Eight distinct enemy types will test every part of your strategy. Fast runners that strike true, armored tanks that shrug off bullets and tear down their opponents, explosive suicide bombers, ninjas that sneak up and attack from behind your lines, and terrifying mystics that teleport across the battlefield — buffing allies, sealing your towers, or summoning reinforcements from thin air. Not enough to fend off? Every ten waves a relentless Boss version appears to test your mettle.

One Stand. Endless Replayability
Randomized upgrades that can be rerolled if you feel lucky, escalating wave compositions, one of six map themes with random obstacles that are selected the instant you press start, and moment-to-moment decision making ensure that every run feels fresh. How long can you hold?
