Ibru is a first-person perspective detective RPG set in a Sumerpunk world, where ancient Sumerian myths blend with cyberpunk dystopias. You are a newly baked detective, created by the gods from life-giving clay to be a pawn in an endless game beyond human understanding. But with luck and determination, even the smallest piece can tip the scales. 

Explore a futuristic, yet ancient city, rife with violence and oppression. Use the divine spark within to solve cases across districts from filthy slums to opulent palaces. Decide who you are and where your loyalties lie - to the gods, to the city, or to yourself - and deal with the consequences. 

Are you doomed to be a pawn? Or can you wrest your destiny from the hands of the gods?

Ibru contains depictions of crime and violence consistent with its detective theme. Players will encounter crime scenes, including murder victims, as part of investigations.

There are no depictions of sexual acts, sexual assault, non-consensual sex, or self-harm.

Depictions of drug and alcohol use appear in the game but are presented in a negative or cautionary context, framed as health and social issues rather than glamorized behavior, or an attempt to demonize addicts.

Gameplay includes non-lethal combat mechanics, such as stealth takedowns using stun devices. The player character cannot be truly killed; instead, temporary incapacitation results in respawning via an in-world system.
