Throw yourself into the chaos as your wizard of choice, where skillful execution makes you stronger. Battle hordes of enemies and epic bosses using crazy magical synergies, precise parries, and devastating counterattacks.

Chain your hits to build your combo meter boosting your damage, fire rate, movement speed, and cooldowns. The better you play, the stronger you become. But lose your rhythm and you're back to square one.

Every moment demands constant decision-making and strategic choices. Positioning, dodging, and timing your attacks. Should you fire now, or hold your attack a little longer for a more devastating strike? When the pressure becomes too much, unleash your ultimate attack of choice!

Fight, craft, do mini-quests, or go treasure hunting with your hookshot to find upgrades — but do it fast before the hordes become overwhelming!

Beat or Break the Game - You Win Either Way

Master of Chaos features a unique mechanic for the truly dedicated gamebreaker. Stack enough upgrades, chain enough kills, push your combo high enough and the game itself will start to buckle under the weight of your power. Shadows disappear, draw distances shrink, resolution crumbles, until there is nothing left. At that point, the game has no choice but to admit defeat and hand you the victory. Only a true Master of Chaos can achieve this. And that is probably not you.

Survive. Grow. Conquer

A mage who fights up close and at range. Counter, parry, crush. Build your combo, chase your kill chain, get stronger with every kill. Find the portal, kill the boss, move on. But wait too long and the enemies bury you alive. Get strong fast. Or die slow.

Create your build

Upgrades are everywhere. Activate boss runes, slay minibosses for their loot, hookshot to hidden treasures, take on the challenges of the mysterious statues, mine crystals to craft your own. Even regular enemies drop loot. Pick one of three, or land three of a kind and take them all. Choose wisely.

Counter. Deflect. Dominate

Enemies think you're an easy squash. They haven't noticed this wizard is fast and agile even without a single upgrade. Time your counter and blink forward to leave an enemy stumbling, whiffing their strike and eating a brutal one in return. See a projectile coming, time it right, and fire it straight back at the sender. Master them and nothing can touch you.

Kill. Chain. Snowball.

Kill enemies fast and your Combometer climbs. Keep it climbing and it starts paying out: more damage, faster fire, and bigger rewards the higher you push it. Now you're cooking. Damage and fire rate are just the start. Spend the purple coins enemies drop in the shop to unlock bonuses across every stat: cooldowns, crit chance, movement speed and beyond. Push your combos to absurd heights.

Unleash Your Ultimate When It Matters Most

When combos, counters and upgrades aren't enough, or you just need to clear the field before a bigger fight, unleash your ultimate. Pick which one you bring before each run. Each plays differently: huge AoE with BigOne, multi-target finishing power with Stargazer, single-point devastation with Bulletstorm.

Try them all and find what fits your run. Whatever you pick, you'll feel like the most powerful thing on the planet.

Forge Your Power

Random drops make you powerful, but sometimes a tactical mind wants something specific. So forge it yourself and complete the perfect build. Gather resources from the crystals scattered across the world, then craft the upgrade you crave for.
