“Trading Tycoon is a systems-heavy market simulation with interconnected mechanics (trading, progression, risk, and criminal systems). Early Access lets us balance these systems with real player feedback, improve usability, and prioritize the most valuable features before 1.0.”

“We currently expect Early Access to last around 9-12 months, depending on feedback and development progress.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to include expanded progression and endgame systems, additional market content and events, deeper strategy tools, more achievements and polish, and broader quality-of-life and balance improvements. It will be a more complete and refined simulation experience than the Early Access build.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is fully playable as a single-player trading simulation with core gameplay loops in place, including market simulation, stock trading, progression/skills, achievements, save/load, and major advanced systems like options/futures and criminal trading foundations. Some systems are still being expanded, balanced, and polished.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. We plan to offer a lower price during Early Access and increase the price at or near full release as content and overall quality expand.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to involve the community through frequent updates, patch notes, and transparent roadmap progress, with player feedback directly shaping priorities. We’ll monitor Steam forums and community channels for bug reports, balance feedback, and feature requests, then iterate in regular Early Access updates. We’ll also use community input to tune progression, market balance, UI usability, and long-term content direction.”
