About This Software

What A Life: Music Box is a cozy and healing music creation toy.

You'll use a pixel-art vintage music box with carefully designed layout and creative color schemes to compose melodies. Interact with the music box to arrange notes, adjust pitch and duration.

Watch adorable characters sway to your music.

The music box offers full mouse and keyboard shortcut support, along with direct sheet editing to enhance your workflow.

Instructions can be found in the "Guide" page.

After editing, you can export your creation to share with the world, or import others' works to enjoy.

Use "Save" to create archive files, or "Export" to generate sheet images in the archive directory.

The music box fully supports customizing both the "main interface" and "playback sounds".

You can draw your own music box appearance and add audio to create a truly unique music box, making your creation a one-of-a-kind gift.

 

Enable custom features to use your own image and audio materials.

The system can generate "sharp" and "flat" tones from "natural" tones alone, so you can have complete pitch range even without separate audio files.

This software was created out of passion, to encourage creativity and sharing. Have fun!
