Company is Watching is an atmospheric incremental horror game that tests your efficiency against your morality. How far will you go to meet the quota?

KEY FEATURES:

  • From Industry to Insanity: Experience a disturbing progression loop. Start with a wrench and simple mechanics, then unlock the truth of the factory as you get promoted.

  • Asset Management: Hire workers to automate production. If they slack off, discipline them. If they break... well, the company has a use for "organic waste."

  • The Judgment Room: Prove your loyalty to Human Resources. Decide the fate of bad employees, hand written interrogations. Will you show mercy, or recycle them for profit?

  • Living Environment: The factory is alive. Eyes watch from the walls, and the factory can evolve.
