What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“As a complex grand strategy and sandbox simulation game, community feedback is vital. The game features deeply interconnected systems—including autonomous AI, a dynamic economy, social classes, and procedural world generation. Early Access allows players to experiment with the simulation, try out 'God Mode' tools, and help shape the balancing, pacing, and future features of the game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We estimate the game will be in Early Access for roughly 12 to 18 months. However, this timeline may adjust based on community feedback and the scope of new features we decide to add along the way.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version focuses heavily on the 'God Game' and sandbox observation aspects, letting players generate worlds, edit maps, and watch or manipulate medieval AI empires.

For the full 1.0 release, we plan to dramatically expand the scope of the simulation. First, we plan to implement direct 'Playable Nation' mechanics so you can take full control of a single empire. Second, we aim to introduce a deep Technology Research system that will allow the simulation's eras to organically progress—meaning your medieval knights could eventually evolve into early industrial and WW1-era trench battles.

Finally, we plan to split the game into dedicated Historical and Fantasy modes (allowing for pure grounded human history or worlds with magic and unique races), alongside deeper religion systems, diverse government types, and dynamic world events.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“"The core simulation engine is fully operational. Players can currently:

Generate fully procedural Voronoi maps with diverse biomes and elevations.

Use the robust Map Editor to paint terrain, draw borders, and spawn custom nations.

Watch an autonomous AI manage budgets, trade resources, recruit armies, and engage in diplomacy and warfare.

Intervene using 'Divine Actions' to spawn gold, trigger rebellions, or smite empires.

Use the 'History Replay' timelapse tool to scrub through centuries of simulated history."”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We're not planning on changing the price when we leave early access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will be actively listening to the community on the Steam Forums and our official Discord server. We want player feedback to directly influence our balancing updates, new AI behaviors, and future content updates. Whether it's suggesting new cultural traits, reporting economy bugs, or brainstorming new God-mode powers, the community will be a core part of the development journey.”

About This Game

You are both the historian and the creator in this creative fusion of grand strategy and sandbox map-making. Create a vast, procedurally created planet, add distinct countries to it, and stop time. See how sophisticated societies develop economies, declare wars, put down uprisings, and create royal families on their own and if that doesn’t satisfy you seize control to change the global order to your liking.

Key Features:

Create Your Own World: Create stunning landscapes with oceans, dynamic heights, and a variety of biomes. Dislike a continent? Paint the environment, create new boundaries, and create custom nations with distinct cultures and forms of governance by using the powerful in-game editor.

Self-governing AI :
Each country has its own thoughts. The AI actively recruits standing troops, builds strongholds, assesses diplomatic risks, and manages its budget. Over hundreds of simulated years, watch as violent succession crises, peasant uprisings, and intricate webs of alliances develop completely on their own. Watch as countries grow, budget, and exchange resources in a simulated economy. Observe whether the population increases as a result of good policies or declines as a result of starvation or conflict. AI will never be perfect, but it will always attempt to set up trade agreements, feed its people, and increase its war chest.

Player Interaction:
You have the power to change the world's destiny at any time; you are not merely an observer. Take direct leadership of a kingdom to lead it to worldwide conquest, start catastrophic civil wars in an enormous empire, or bestow a large treasure on a small underdog nation. All nations actions are recorded and is up for review whenever you want either as a timelapse or as a chronicle for each nation.

Whether you're a grand strategy veteran, a tabletop worldbuilder, or simply someone who loves watching a complex simulation run its course, your world is waiting to be written.
