🎣Relax, Catch, Cook, Upgrade, and Survive 

Line Dropper is a fishing survival game for those who want to be immersed in a life on the lake. Live by the water, drop your line, and see how many days you can survive. Collect XP to level up your player as you fish, and then catch even more by unlocking new species and upgrading your equipment. Make friends with a conure, and have it tag along so you have a companion while fishing. Cook the fish you catch so you can never be hungry and so you can heal damage on your boat. Whether you want to sit back and catch fish all day or aim for the best boat upgrade, this game can be played to your own liking.

ADVANCE

There are 10 different species to unlock throughout the various levels you advance through, and plenty of upgrades as well. Sell fish to buy stronger fishing line, a better reel, and unlock better bait. Buy different hats to vamp up your style, new boats so you can go faster - and so you can catch larger species. Sharks and sturgeon may always be present but that doesn't mean you're always capable of catching them! Be prepared to unlock new abilities as you upgrade your boat as well, such as scuba diving & spear fishing so you can get those fish that aren't quite hungry!

PROGRESS SAVING & GAMEOVER

Progress in Line Dropper is continuously saved throughout the game and can be manually saved anytime you pause. Game Over isn't always the end - once you reach Level 5 you are provided the option to continue with your save file or restart. That is unless you choose hardcore mode - an option for the extreme, which only provides the option to restart upon Game Over.

WEATHER

The weather isn't all sunshine and rainbows - be prepared for storms! When inside of your boat, rain can sink you so always make sure you're prepared to step on shore during storms. Avoid lightning, as the strikes can split and sink your boat - or quickly destroy your player. 

ENEMIES

Weather isn't the only thing you should watch out for as some of wildlife in the area can turn malicious at night. The sharks seem to be out for blood immediately once the sun sets, and the snakes and coyotes don't mess around either. And don't underestimate the sturgeon - they aren't coming for you, but if they hit you with their jump they can damage your boat.
