Build your kingdom tile by tile, manage finite production, draft powerful blueprints through the Fate Engine, and command your army under constant pressure. Every run is a gamble between safety and expansion — build inside your walls for security, or risk powerful bonuses by claiming land outside where it can be destroyed.

In-between runs, interact with a cast of characters in the kingdom and unearth secrets that might have been better buried.

BUILD WITH PURPOSE

Choose from production and unit blueprints through high-stakes draft rolls. Each blueprint has limits, costs, and consequences.

MASTER THE FATE ENGINE

Earn rolls as you play and spin the skull-bound Fate Engine for blueprints, resources, and events. Lock results, reroll the rest, and push your luck — but every reroll fills the corruption meter. Higher rewards bring harsher consequences.

COMMAND, DON’T MICROMANAGE

Select unit groups and issue directives:

Defend key structures

Assault enemy production

Break the enemy wall

Station units for powerful passive bonuses or deploy them into battle. Archers fire from walls. Soldiers empower your army. Knights smash enemy buildings. Every unit changes your strategy.

INFORMATION IS A WEAPON

Enemy interior production is hidden by fog of war. Use spells, treasures, and specialized units to reveal their plans — or commit blindly and hope your build outpaces theirs.

AGE, ESCALATE, SURVIVE

Advance through Ages to unlock higher-tier blueprints and treasures. But every escalation increases difficulty. Stronger enemies. Harsher penalties. Higher stakes.

Win or Die.
