Hero Hospital is a hospital management and simulation game. You’ll start from scratch by building departments, allocating staff and resources, admitting and treating patients, handling unexpected incidents, and gradually expanding your hospital to unlock deeper progression systems and tougher challenges.

As you progress, more areas and features will gradually open up, creating a steady sense of long term growth and management depth.

• Daily operations and resource planning Make operational decisions around income, costs, and efficiency. By planning department layouts and choosing smart upgrade paths, you can streamline workflows and improve overall hospital performance.

  

• Random events and emergency response A variety of unexpected situations and challenge events will occur during operations. You’ll need to react quickly under constraints, balancing reputation, revenue, and efficiency to keep the hospital stable and growing.

• Character progression and special team system Unlock progression systems in newly expanded areas. Train characters with different strengths and growth directions, build a scalable core roster, and use it to take on higher intensity challenges and boost efficiency.

• Outbreak zone missions and high risk challenges Form teams and enter outbreak zones to carry out missions and face virus related challenges, earning rewards and growth resources. This mode offers goals and pacing that differ from daily operations, helping drive mid to late game progress.

• Research and crafting focused progression As your hospital develops, research and crafting features will gradually unlock. Use them to gain upgrades, tools, and resource chains, creating a long term progression path that keeps you moving forward.

  

• Social and competitive features Includes friend visits and records, guild cooperation, and leaderboards. Show off your growth, join collaboration and competition, and gain extra long term goals and rewards.
