About This Demo

DEMO INFORMATION

This demo contains the Prologue and Chapter 1-A in Story Mode, as well as 3 regular battles and 2 boss battles in Arcade Mode. After completing Chapter 1-A, you will unlock more features and difficulties in Arcade Mode and can link progress and rewards in Arcade Mode to your existing story save data.

Progress in this demo will carry over to the full release as well.

Use a wide variety of abilities!

Every Defense Enforcer comes equipped with their own weapon and two abilities. Mix and match what abilities you bring into battle based on enemy weaknesses or your preferred playstyle!

Swap between different heroes in the middle of battle!

Don't just use one Defense Enforcer in battle! Each Defense Enforcer has their own move set to use in battle! Swap among your teammates continuously to attack or swap at the right time strategically!

Defend yourself against a changing grid!

The grid won't stay constant forever. Enemies can manipulate the dimensions and properties of the grid in their favor to unleash devastating attacks. Adapt well to make sure you don't get caught off-guard!

Replay exciting battles and challenge yourself in Arcade Mode!

Arcade Mode has been unlocked by default in this version of the demo! You will be able to play several fights you'll find later in Story Mode, with additionally difficulty levels and attack patterns!

Your best clear times and grades are saved as well, so work towards getting the best record possible!

Life isn't just about battling against the evil forces of LADY DEBELLIA. Explore DAYLIGHT CITY and see the wonder it has to offer in its townsfolk and environment. Grab food to eat, buy something for yourself, or help out people with things they should honestly do by themselves, but won't!
