Terra Nova: Legend of the Runes is a modern love letter to classic JRPGs, blending 80's/90's-era charm with a fresh, customizable adventure. In the vast expanse of the universe, tucked away in a remote and desolate sector, lies a planet.

Twelve sibling gods visit this planet and named it "Nova" after their mother. These gods then brought life, magic, and order to the planet. Over time, a civilization formed under the guidance of the twelve gods, and the people all worshipped them as the "Holy Twelve". After centuries of watching over their creations, the Holy Twelve were pleased with their work and departed, leaving the people of Nova to their own fate. Millenia have passed since then, and in the present time, an ancient artifact of unknown origin is found in a mineshaft, what will its discovery spell for the denizens of Nova?

Locations are spread throughout the planet Nova and exploration will take you to many biomes, from rolling plains, scorching deserts, and frozen tundra. There are other locations where people live to like sleepy villages, and stone castles, and ancient ruins. There are also secrets to discover about the planet, but we can't give everything away yet!

Battles in Terranova can be turn based, active, or queue based. The turn-based battles allow players to first input commands and have them carry out in order of speed.  The active system fills a meter and when full the player can enter a command. Lastly the queue system turns are determined by speed and place in a queue, the plyer at the front of the queue gets to input their command, then the next player in the queue gets to input their command, and so on.

There are also lots of customization options. Don't like the color of a knight's armor, change it! Want a spell caster with red hair and green eyes, no problem, want your entire party of various classes to have unified color scheme, the choice is yours! Don't like CRT filters, make them subtle or turn them off, or switch to an LCD filter instead!
