About This Game

The Indie City Mixtape is a collection of small games made by members of Indie City Games, all contained within a single launcher. Run and jump around a 3D platforming environment and navigate to the various games contained within! Inside you'll find a llama barbershop, a family home that is not as it seems, a highly forgetful and traffic felony committing mom, and more; all made by small teams and solo devs working within the Chicago indie game scene.

Included Games:

Scratch-off Tickets? Check. Cigarettes? Check. Child? ...Uh-oh... Not again! You may have left your kid at the gas station... But hey, we've all been there! Now it’s a high-octane dash through the gritty streets of Chicago in I LEFT MY SON AT THE GAS STATION! Floor it in your busted jalopy, dodge rush hour traffic, and race your way back to your child as quickly as you can! Compete with other mothers worldwide on the online leaderboard to prove yourself as the best worst mom in town! After all, why be a good mom when you can be a FAST one!

Space and time are under attack (again) by the evil alien lizard wizard Drazil and his army. Control two ships, collect upgrades, dodge attacks and defeat Drazil before he can do whatever it is he has planned for space and time (whatever it is, it’s bad!) LIZARDRY: Drazil’s Revenge can be played by one player controlling two ships or as a co-op experience. Collect experience points and fly your ships into the quadrant for the upgrades you want before the timer hits zero. Upgrades stack, so create the best build you can in order to defeat Drazil. Push for the best build and the best time as you put a stop to Drazil’s evil lizard wizard plans (again, and hopefully for the last time)

A LLITTLE OFF THE TOP puts you in the boots of a barber who must groom 20+ llamas on a busy day at the llama salon, kind of llike a metaphor for llife. Does it feature both STORY and TIME TRIAL modes with a fully responsive online leaderboard? Yes, it does! Does its soundtrack swellll with callming and beautiful Andean panpipes? YES!!! Does its gamepllay evolve in... surprising ways? Indeed, indeed. Take a LLITTLE OFF THE TOP. The llamas will thank you.

Rockhopper is an arcade 3D platformer inspired by B-hopping in Quake and Source games.

Complete your to-do list as fast as possible, so you can get back to relaxing ASAP.

Features:

  •  Open-ended time attack gameplay. Complete your daily tasks in whichever order, as long as it's fast!

  •  Intuitive and fluid movement for fledgling and master b-hoppers alike.

  •  Kiss your penguin wife

Slime Miner 2 is a sokoban inspired game evoking flash games and CD-ware of the early aughts with a total of 50+ slime splatting puzzles. To mine a slime, slam into it from a distance! Green slimes will splat in one slam, leaving you standing on the same spot your enemy was. Slimes with more eyes require more mining to splat - if there's room behind one, you'll push them one tile and end up where they started, but if there isn't room, you'll be stopped in your tracks!

The synthesis of merge games and roguelike deckbuilding. Defeat a bioweapon threatening humanity by engineering your deck at every level.  Combine cards to strengthen their effects, mutate new cards into your deck, and defeat enemies of increasing scale: from single cells, whole organisms, entire cities, all the way to the ultimate lifeform, the SUPERCELL.

The master of the Tower of Slick Wizardry dropped his Orb while pondering, and it is up to you, a humble apprentice Trick Caster, to cast your handy Bounce Spell to launch the Orb all the way back up the tower. But be warned, climbing the tower is no small task! Only those who are masters of patience, and slick tricks will be able to make it to the top of the tower. And perhaps, beyond?

Find Uncle Henry. Lose yourself. Your uncle is missing, presumed dead, and it’s fallen to you to go through his house. Only Uncle Henry knows what you’ll find. Featuring point-and-click gameplay in a fully-rendered 3D environment, mysterious puzzles, and an ending you (probably) won’t see coming, Uncle Henry Isn’t Home takes you on a brief but unsettling journey through one man’s corrupted psyche.
