Spirit Catcher 93' is a single player, first-person horror game that plunges you into a desperate, retro-futuristic digital nightmare. You awaken not as a person, but as a shattered fragment, an echo of consciousness severed from its past. In this retro-futuristic digital nightmare, your only instinct is a desperate, unthinking pull toward escape.

ESCAPE IS ALL THAT REMAINS

There is no safety in this fractured reality. A force of unnatural order—the relentless Shepherd—stalks your every move. He is silent, methodical, and forever on your trail, determined to capture what you have become.

THE GUARDIAN WILL FIND YOU

Against the digital terror, you wield the mystical Spirit Catcher. It is a twisting conduit of raw energy, ready to transmute and carve a desperate path through whatever stands before you. Find a way to make it work or be consumed by the dark.

THE SOUL IS YOUR WEAPON

But beyond the escape, a deeper mystery beckons. Uncover the elusive truth hidden within this fractured reality. Are you merely a simulation? Are you dead? Part of a terrifying experiment? Find the source or be lost to the terrifying depths forever.

THE ABYSS BECKONS

This game is designed to be a true challenge. It draws inspiration from classic, difficult games, meaning we deliberately minimize hand-holding. There are no tutorials to guide your every step, no safe spaces to retreat to, and no easy answers. You'll need to rely on your wits, observation, and skill to survive.

Warning: High risk of soul-fragmentation. Standard hardware may struggle to contain The Shepherd.

AI tools were used for supporting elements in voice acting (ElevenLabs), imagery, music production, and video. Less than 15% of videographic content used AI generation (primarily edited/sourced in Canva & Filmora). The game's story, narrative, and core implementation are entirely human-made.
Our two-person team meticulously guided and refined all AI-assisted content, often spending hours to meet specific narrative & quality requirements.

Note: We chose ElevenLabs as they contribute directly to Voice Actors on their platform through royalties and/or licensing deals.
